very intelligent hard working people that where happy to share knowledge flexible work schedule fast paced environment
Cons
upper management plans seemed reactionary, instead of carefully cultivated to create the best chance of success for the company. management micromanaged projects priority of features changed often, which was unfair to those whose task it was to implement them. Most people are underpaid for the spectacular work they do.
