Pros
technology is current. allowed to pursue certs, and paid for by the company flexibility to take time off and total PTO package is pretty nice openness to research on your own terms how to take care of business
Cons
not much interest from the bosses disconnect from corporate and team members don't take anyone's word unless its in writing given the runaround about issues constantly, not a very transparent company
