      Pros

      The President and Head of HR seem cool. Better than being homeless

      Cons

      Lack of mentorship, leadership, and caretaking. Management needs to not be cocky and realize everyone is replaceable. Was told not to contact Payroll people about my payroll and to basically stay in my lane.

      Great people, very close-knit company. The senior leadership cares about its employees.

      Just didn't pay enough. Left the company because I could go somewhere else for more and doing the same type of work.
