      Pros

      The pay is good ok but can match Government side. The people are very helpful. Energy bonuses are offered. Laid back environment. Takes a generous amount of time to actually start doing admin work. More AV than IT work Minimal Security work

      Cons

      Better health insurance options. No room for growth. Other benefits like educational reimbursements. No end of year bonuses. Some bonuses are hard to achieve Alot of AV work involved Need Security + and other certifications
