They trap employees and ask them to work on fake US identity. They are involved in US documents forging and cheating US companies and involved in money laundering as well. They have several proxy companies in US through which they pick projects and then give it to Indian company. They conduct proxy interviews and grab work and then Indian developers work on fake identities and all work is done by part timers from big Indian companies and they expose US company IT security to all the people from other companies.
