Best example of mismanagement & poor coordination. Entire team seems like uneducated and illiterate the way they talk and respond. This is the company who can not afford even Soan Papdi for their employees

Extreme micromanagement, even from WFH they want you to be continuously on Skype call so that it feels like everyone’s working from office. LOL. They try to intervene in your personal life. They run a scam in the US staffing industry, where they hire sales people to act as candidates and then they play switch and bait where there technical team takes the interview. That is why they force for phone interviews, easier to run the scam. They’ll give people pseudo names to operate in US market.

I worked with this company for 1.5 years and observed several concerning practices. The company engages in misrepresentation by providing IT contractors to U.S.-based firms under pseudonyms. In some cases, employees were required to lip-sync on video calls while another person spoke on their behalf. Additionally, clients were misled to believe that developers were based in the U.S. when they were actually working from India. Compensation promises were not honored. Despite being assured a salary of 4-6 lakhs per month, payments were frequently delayed or deducted without clear justification. Employees were also asked to use a family member’s bank account instead of their own, which raises transparency concerns. The work environment was highly unprofessional. While the hiring process was conducted politely and professionally, the management’s behavior changed significantly after joining. Employees were often treated disrespectfully, and communication from leadership was harsh and dismissive. Overall, I would not recommend this company to professionals seeking a fair and ethical workplace.

No cons as such i found

Full night shift. Scope of growth is very much limited.

Had to wait 3 days for my company-sponsored luxury apartment upgrade. Stock options were only enough to buy one sports car. Too many employee appreciation awards; eventually ran out of wall space.

No Salary Growth No Career Growth

Less growth in terms of skills development until you choose self learning.
