Trainings for the new hires are good.

Favoritism is everywhere. Manager has no work ethics and the director is very rude.

Pros

The training for newer CTNs was informative. Like most new start-up companies, the availability of supplies was good. The mission is great but wished there were more studies for underrepresented minorities.

Cons

Manager showed favoritism and was disrespectful and seemed to be home everyday. Manager was unable to delegate properly and was inexperienced in managing clinical trials and SCs, which leads to CTNs not working to their potential. Appointed manager did not trust employee's to complete tasks they were trained extensively on.

Thorough training modules and onboarding

Cons

Paid semi monthly basis as opposed to biweekly. Starting hourly rate makes it hard to really live when paid this way in this area
