Meaningful work and innovative model within the industry, competitive pay, great colleagues and healthy culture

Cons

Some growing pains - you’ll read review after review of jaded former employees who were laid off… of course I feel for them. but this is not unique to javara.. look at the industry in 2024 as a whole and the year prior. Many other companies are in the same boat and need to do what they have to in order to stay afloat. Javara is only 6 years old so some growing pains to be expected, such as “right sizing” and “reorganization”.
