It used to be competative pay, but that's likely to change.

Cons

Multiple rounds of mass layoffs, poor strategic decisions causing a revolving door of leadership and no real vision, now coupled with leaders mostly interested in reducing costs, i.e employees, compensation, and quality.

Coworkers are the only reason I still work here.

Cons

The executive leadership team still have not come up with a clear, concise plan for the company moving forward and have made several recent company wide layoffs. There is no job security.
