Pros

The company starts you out at a competitive pay

Cons

Little to no career growth unless you have friends in high positions They have mass layoffs at least once a year They preach their mission of bringing clinical research as a care option, but they don’t care about the patients. They see them as dollar signs. Lack of diversity in leadership Too much division between functional teams. I was at the site level and felt like Javara set my site up for failure several times Company just got rid of the entire patient engagement center and our recruitment specialist who have kept my site going.

Horrible company

Pros

The benefit package is decent, however no sick leave.

Cons

This company is a disaster. They put you though New Foundations training to learn the “Javara way” and start you off like you know absolutely nothing. You will be questioned for every move you make, be micromanaged for every second of your day, and account for every second by your time sheet and detail the tasks being done. Most locations are a hort staffed, however have unrealistic expectations about enrolling patients into high dollar trials. They will reprimand you for not enrolling. There is a call center however you are demanded to make so many calls a day that takes priority over everything else you’re expected to do. These people only care about quantity over quality and how much money they can get into the top executives pockets. You will not receive proper training even when asked and if you don’t do something they want you to even without training you will be fired. You are expected to work outside your hours and you will not have work/life balance. Do yourself a favor and skip this company. Also have cheap equipment, small spaces, and rude employees.
