      Pros

      Jawonio understands that employees have family/kids/other jobs/etc., and they are flexible with your schedule. Supervisors treat you like humans as opposed to robots who pump out numbers all day. Coworkers are great and are eager to help you when you are first starting out. And the work itself is rewarding and you can actually see when you're making a difference.

      Cons

      Pay is consistent with working in human services/nonprofit so of course it's on the lower end, but Jawonio pays our job coaches higher than other agencies in the area.
