Free toast and a chair to sit on

Too many. Top heavy with mid management that do nothing except chat to each other all day and don’t even talk to their 2/3 member team. Junior staff do all work, and learning bullying and blame culture from above. No concern for staff. HR rubbish and not independent.. the place is a joke
