      Small desk so, big exposure to new things. Decent autonomy and freedom of applying strategies. Exposure to large universe of underlying. Great middle office. Fast mgmt decisioning.

      Cons

      Fewer client flow respect to larger shops. Longer IT developing timing. Small balance sheet. Fewer products to trade and propose to clients. Sales were not free to do their job basically.

      Great company to work for, got to experience a wide variety tasks during my employment and worked with a variety of excellent financial professionals

      Cons

      Difficult market conditions could put a strain on revenue generation within the team. But it was a situation shared by all.
