Pros

- non-elitist culture - high pay compared to peers at junior levels - support from vp's for career advice, etc. - access to client management unique for entry-level bankers

Cons

- cut-throat environment - up or out - no work-life balance. you will work around the clock and all weekend long, nearly every weekend - staffing system is arbitrary - staffing on fridays

Pros

The people you work with are very capable; I found my co-workers very helpful and am proud to know them.

Cons

From what I understand, you might not work as hard as in the investment banking divisions of UBS or another bulge bracket investment bank, but you will be working 90 hours a week plus.
