      Overworked. They attempted to gamify our commisions. Also they had so much turnover.

      Like the title, the people are very friendly. Management is also pretty flexible with work hours.

      Cons

      Pay is terrible compared to market value and management will not match. Benefits aren’t the best, and there isn’t much upward mobility in the company.
