Pros
Coworkers can be great. They are desperate to keep employees so it's hard to get fired.
Cons
Where to start. Multiple C-Level/Senior employees have quit with little to no warning(What does that tell you), the ones that are left are incompetent. 41% margin on jobs to get commission is ludicrous, so either you don't get paid or you burn your subs for the cost. No overall company direction. They preach christian values up until it's time to talk money. The employee ownership is a joke, nobody can actually tell you anything about it and just like everything else when you ask your boss you are fed a line of corporate rigamarole. They charge you for the company vehicle that you use to work and advertise for them with. I could go on forever but simply put don't do it, don't work here, do anything else.
