Cons

Senior management (C-Level) plays favourites Cult of personality surrounding the CEO is disturbing Long-term strategy is absent - the only strategy is to make EBITDA numbers, retention quotas, and profitability percentages - this was done to make the company attractive for sale to the next PE firm.

Status quo prevails in this position. A non-user friendly database combined with old administrative practices gives this position/company a low score; Not a place to disrupt status quo with new tech tools that make it easier/faster (even if as simple as Find feature in Excel spreadsheet) Trainer will not provide all information first time around, neither in writing nor verbally, to complete assignment correctly. Trainer (wife of Manager) has difficulty handing over reigns of position responsibility and moving on.
