      Lack of organization and treat their employees like garbage. Upper management some of the most snobby entitled egotistical narcissists I have ever worked with.

      Best body of Fire Protection Engineers on the planet (or used to be a few years ago)

      Cons

      We are bleeding talent. The staff is demoralized, confused, and completely off-balance at the worst time - when upper management and investors are beating the performance drum every day, all day.

      Pros

      Knowledgeable experts in their field. Some really great people to work with smattered around the company.

      Cons

      Company is a mash-up of unrelated businesses with too much overhead and management running around like chickens with their heads cut off. Too much focus on short-term utilization goals instead of long-term opportunities. Understaffed, overworked, with lip service paid to quality instead of actually investing in quality. Middle management cares more about reporting up instead of supporting those underneath who are left to fend for themselves.
