Spreadsheet culture is pervasive

Company has a vast network of professionals in related engineering fields. Email lists and Microsoft teams channels promote coordination.

Cons

Disconnected business systems. Spreadsheet culture. Spreadsheet solutions. Time late information. Data entry and copy paste errors. Cumbersome billing system. Daily, weekly, and monthly reminders via email to enter data is tiresome.

Pros

Years back had great talent, now just a bunch of purchased companies where the best leave out of frustration that management won't listen or adjust to needs of industry.

Cons

Many meetings but then high billable targets. Management fails to recognize that different elements of the company need to run differently and instead try to fit all disciplines into a one-size fits all approach that leads to bad customer service and unhappy employees.
