      Pros

      Amazing and wholesome team with excellent communication and open door policy. Always wanting suggestions and input for improving processes from the TEAM, vs just all of the executives. Higher ups. Flexible schedule, great benefits, Vacation/Holiday pay, sick pay, career growth. The company culture, in my opinion, is great and there is always room for advancing.

      Cons

      More opportunities for non-merit salary increases/promotions, for all departments, including Administrative/HR/Business Support/Accounting etc. There are so many opportunities for Engineers/Directors/Consultants to be promoted and take on more responsibilities, so I would just like to see it implicated within the entire organization with more opportunities for each department.

      Pros

      Jensen Hughes is a fantastic place to work and to enhance your career. There is a collaborative work environment in place that provides opportunities to work together with a number of very intelligent people. If you want to take your career to the next level, this is the place to do it.

      Cons

      No down-time, which can be stressful at times, but overall this is a positive!
