Cons

Incompetent management. Projects managers do not know how to manage large projects and blame others when things go wrong.

dont often have to work overtime career opportunities but only if you are willing to stick your neck out for them

Cons

poor work environment salary is not worth the stress lack of knowledgeable staff members to provide advice to younger staff looking to progress there career
