Overall decent place to work. People are nice and make efforts to get together as a team. Good if you are interested in specializing in a specific role.

Cons

Difficulty negotiating salary increases. The focus on utilization is unfortunate, as it does not equate to productivity nor correlating to the value of quantity of projects coming in.
