Pros

Much improved focus on employees over the last 2 years. Generally improved trust in leadership. Great to see but keep focusing on it because people need more than just money to want to remain part of a company. That said, keep an eye on the market for employee salaries or we will lose good staff if we gap in this area (it's changing fast...sorry to state the obvious!).

Cons

Recruiting is tough and we need to do better than we are doing.

The hiring market is highly competitive but we are taking steps to increase our recruiting capabilities, including hiring more talent acquisition support and increasing our Employee Referral Program dollar amount for key positions.
