      High performing team members, clear vision and goals from leadership, willing to take big bets. Leadership is very AI forward and sees where future is headed.

      Cons

      This is a PRO not a con for the right person - but this is not somewhere for you if you want to work at a slow pace, are resistant to change, or want to stay static. There is tons of opportunity for career growth for those willing to adapt and change, many promotions internally and into new and exciting roles like prompt engineering even for those without a traditional engineering background, but you have to want to learn.
