      - 4 day work week (10.5hr shifts, 30min lunch and 45min break per shift) - Reliable and skilled upper management - Shift flexibility (early morning, mid-day, and late night shifts based on preference/availability) - Great company culture - Opportunities to change departments or move up within the company - Performance-based salary tiers; hard work is rewarded well

      - No 401k matching - Most employees must work on a weekend day (However, permanent shift changes have been rewarded based on merit)

      They'll hook you with their internship and lead you on to believe you'll get a full-time position. The workload is ridiculous given the minimum wage you get paid. Communication between leaders and their teams is confusing or non-existent. Let's just say there's a reason why there's a high turnover rate.
