Pros
The people in the teams are real it’s not like being in a cult. My schedule is the best I’ve ever had. Most customers are respectful.
Cons
Compensation is too low. Higher ups have declined to increase wages to help with inflation and raises that were being planned were then scrapped. Always increasing the work load/goals but not increasing the compensation. Asks you to do 100 tasks but keeps stripping away the time in which to do it for “efficiency”. Burn out is real. Communication and synergy between teams is almost nonexistent. Meaning most of the hard work comes from sales colleagues rather than customers.
