people are really great to work with! the executive team have been holding office hours recently, and it's been great to get to know them since most of us don't work closely with them. really believe in the company vision, and everyone is working hard to contribute new ideas and act upon them to make Jerry better

1. Jerry can help people to save money on auto insurance and refinance. 2. Working with lots of passionate and talented engineers. 3. Lots of interesting and challenging technical issue that I can make impact. 4. Highly customer-centric culture.

Cons

There are some common startup problems. including: 1. engineering documents are not update-to-date. 2. focus on quantity over quality. However, I am confident we will keep improving on these.

Remote work, kind of flexible the beginning

Cons

Prepare for overtime working. Medical insurance doesn't cover dependent, you have to pay 100% premium for your family members.

I'm sorry to hear you did not enjoy your experience at Jerry. We did recently significantly upgrade benefits, including coverage for dependents (just announced this in late May, started July 1) based on feedback like you shared.
