      Always challenging but super happy to work at Jerry, everyone is nice here and easy to work with, love it.

      Cons

      Fully remote job requires myself to balance work life in a more efficient way.

      Pros

      Jerry is a fun, challenging and exciting place to work. The company is growing super fast which brings with it many challenges and problems to solve. There is always something new to figure out and processes to be built. Everyone at Jerry is nice and easy to work with. Plus there are no big egos and it's a very flat organization. There is little to no micromanaging, and the main focus is on getting stuff done.

      Cons

      The pace is very fast and expectations are high, which can be challenging for some people. Also, in certain areas there is a lot of manual work to do. But the company is continuously building out automation for all of its processes, which limits this tedious work.
