Company will blow alot of smoke. Talks about all the great stuff coming. You will see no change.

Working hours are good. M-F Just a stepping stone to a better job.

Cons

Pay is low and management is worthless/never there. No chance to advance. No raises for regular employees. But management will get bonus.
