      Pros

      Its a fun job most of the time. The people make the job fun. Great job if you want to be a pilot. Plenty of overtime opportunities if you are willing to put in work.

      Cons

      Lots of down time where you will be bored out of your mind, there is also lots of busy time you will be stretched to your wits end. If you don't want to be a pilot, there's not a lot of career growth opportunity.

      Great pay, good benefits. For entry level it's not bad

      Cons

      When I was there, we had issues with management but they were beginning to change for the better. Hopefully it continued to get better
