      The industry and work location is interesting

      Cons

      The co-workers in the department could't be much worse, No team atmosphere at all. I am not sure if it was because I was the only white male in the department, the department was all minority females, or if they just, plain and simple, had rotten antisocial attitudes.

      Pros

      Pay is good for the industry but under average for Basel. Easy to find. Not in the centre of Basel. Holiday parking is a good benefit.

      Cons

      If you are not part of the club it is impossible to progress. There is a terrible blame culture. Despite having to do Human Factors training some people are unable to accept this. Bottom line is this is now a US company and when it comes to the bottom line jobs will be axed to keep the share holders happy. Large nepotistic network, lots of brothers, cousins etc work there.

      Offers all kinds of benefits and great opportunity for Peale to get there foot in the door for aviation

      Cons

      Training is minimal where mostly regular employees take it upon themselves to train you.
