Pros

Nice people to work with, lots of perks and tips that are split at the end of the shift.

Cons

Starting pay does not reflect what is required of you. Always in the outdoors, rain ,sleet and snow. If planes are flying, you are outside working. No room fro advancement.

Fellow employees are great to work with, fast paced atmosphere, never a dull moment, great way to make connections and network

Cons

Since GD has taken over, I have seen a decline in employee morale, pay is not that great, no room for growth
