Pros
Get to meet really cool people, and the potential to grow is there but not if you are really good in your current position. Id like to believe this is a station based issue and not nationwide
Cons
Again, it might just be this location, but some of the sketchiest management I've seen in a company. I was lied to about trying to move up later into a better position. I found out I was actually given the promotion, but it was shot down by management because they needed me down in the lowest paying position.
