      Great projects to work on

      Cons

      Few people in engineering with industry experience. Crazy/costly and ineffective engineering processing management with error laden data still issued to prod. Senior management briefed to reduce the crazy number of managers. Response is to claim senior engineers are managers and to cut those roles by demoting them to basic engineer titles. Get ready for the department collapse!

      Pros

      Industry leader in Aircraft cabin completions some of the best work around. Ability to do any maintenance on aircraft.

      Cons

      Does not treat employees well. Low pay for the industry. Would rather push employees out the door than give raises.

      Pros

      Always busy and everyday is different. You really do make a difference in pilots life. Benefits start immediately after you start working there too.

      Cons

      No leadership. Expect to never get a weekend off or holidays. Work/life balance is non-existent too and the company does nothing to improve employee morale
