Great health and life benefits. 2 weeks PTO at hire. Coworkers are a joy to work with.

Cons

Lack of organization. Some FBO's get less attention than the big money making FBO's. Pay is pretty poor unless you've been with company for awhile.

Everyone wishes for more than the typical 3% raise every year, but what are you going to do about it. The company makes up for it in so many other ways!
