Surprisingly Good, But Improvements Are Needed For The Future
Pros
Company does not operate a floating fleet. Most supportive management I have seen at any company I have worked for. Vacation time is generous starting out (and you don't have to worry about being denied time off constantly). Dedicated sick time is nice. Teamwork amongst co-workers is generally good. Company is growing at a rate they can keep up with (unlike most big private jet operators).
Cons
Being an all MacOS company will limit long term growth and already poses compatibility issues. Google Suite of products is frustrating to get used to, and feels cheap compared to Microsoft Office. A CRM system (which is helpful for a select few departments, but frustrating to some as well) is utilized to get around the inability to have a shared inbox within Gmail. Jet OUT is far too complex nowadays to continue using Google Suite and MacOS. The flight management / scheduling system is cumbersome. The lack of a quality flight following product does not give dispatch the big picture they need. A training curriculum only exists for the pilots. Responsibilities constantly get shifted around or added, and that usually overwhelms some departments. Pay feels slightly inadequate for the workload. Current OCC structure is not entirely logical. Current fleet is no longer adequate. Supermids would solve a lot of problems we seem to run into. I know the company is already looking into this.
