There is a divide between management and the rest of the employees. Many PMs are good hard workers, however many OPS managers are rude and cause drama. Managers abuse their power or utilize their title inappropriately. Managers talk maliciously behind employees backs and it is just not appropriate. If management does not like you then it is known and it is hard to dig out of that hole.

The core values do not apply to the company culture, even though there are those that trick you into thinking they do. "Trust, Transparency and Fairness" is now solely based off from what particular individuals think is. How is it fair to lose your number one manager over a small request? How is it fair that none of upper management demonstrates an interest until it is absolutely necessary? How is fair to not hire other managers/positions when there is a need right away?
