Pros

New Building Nice Workplace There really isn't anything else about this job unless you enjoy complacency and making 15.00 hr without any raises (you won't get a raise unless you get a leadership position)

Cons

First and foremost, the 5 star reviews are not true. I can honestly say this is literally the worst place to be employed. The managers and supervisors lack leadership skills and the individuals they hire are somewhat ignorant. The culture feels like high school all over again. Different cliques, unprofessional behavior and gossip spreading. Throughout my time here my entire experience was hostile. I wasn't a temp, however it appeared they treated temps like second class citizens. They say they are growing but in all honesty they are just hiring and weeding out individuals they like regardless on how well you perform. They bring in new classes of 40+ agents a week, many of them temps. Micromanaging and the attendance system is a joke. I made more as a new employee than individuals who have been there longer than me. If only they knew. So if you want to be treated like a number and expendable, please sign up. If you're open minded and educated you would avoid this place at all costs.

Reading your feedback is super concerning. I really want to get to the bottom of your experience and hear directly from you - without hearing from our team we can't continue to make real time changes. The majority of changes that we're making were based on feedback from our team and with input on what would make Jet an even better place to work. We really do value our employees, your family to us. Let's chat and figure this out together. - Clay S. Director of Operations

Pros

They pay a reasonable wage for a call center. Provide snacks in the break room and a reasonably clean working inviroment

Cons

Leadership is clicky very highschool. If they like you you excell if not your in the struggle to be a cool kid. No emotional intelligence amongst sups or management. We know what it costs to keep a member whats it cost to train and retain an agent. They seam to be disposable.

Teenage drama is not what we are going for; so sorry this has been your experience. Our call center is our front lines to our customers, and it's top priority that our associates are satisfied and feel empowered to make change if they see things that aren't working. Please reach out if you want to discuss more and see how we can make positive change happen. - Doug D. VP Member Services
