Thanks for taking the time to write. Sorry to hear it's not feeling right for you. Long hours and cliques are not what we're going for. As a superfast growing start up, we know it gets crazy and want that to be part of the fun, but know that it can be too much sometime. We hope you feel comfortable enough to talk to your manager or a Talent Business Partner if you need advice or clarity on anything. We want our employees to feel empowered to make positive change, so let's connect. Diane V, Talent Business Partners

Pros

Jet does have very good pay for Member Service Representatives. Free food and drinks and two 15 minute paid for breaks during your shift.

Cons

Crappy management, unfair, liars, don't take agents seriously. Your whole day of work will be getting screamed at over the phone and management says "oh well that sucks". It's very frustrating when you want to help a member but management does not support you. Honestly, jet rips their customers off!

Thanks for taking the time to provide feedback. Call centers can be a little tough sometimes, that's what makes it such an important job for Jet. We've shared your feedback with the team in SLC. Doug D., VP Member Services

Pros

They are very warm and welcoming when you are first hired on and make you feel at home. Laid back training seemed like it would be a change to how call centers would be.

Cons

They treat you like a wicked step child on your way out. More strict than any other call center and not forgiving of mistakes.

Thanks for taking the time to write your feedback. We're bummed to hear about your experience. We are trying to minimize formal warnings for attendance and allow people to manage their PTO, but it's good feedback and we've shared it with the SLC team. Thanks, Doug D. (VP Member Services)
