Pros

Friendly people Free flights Can leave at 5, no questions or issues

Cons

Very little time off, does not observe most federal holidays flights may be free, but you have little time to use them it's just about the work - you have to socialize manufactured, as opposed to spontaneous, fun so to live up to the "fun value"

Great new HQ, state-of-the-art technology, growing company, flight benefits, friendly atmosphere, easy commute, on-site cafe for lunch, good benefits, chance for advancement

Cons

The salary is a little bit lower than the industry standard, due to the flight and partner airline flight benefits.
