      Pros

      Great work atmosphere, managers which switch alot all bring new and effective ways to do things, great advancement opportunities within company.

      Cons

      Managment switches a little too much, although this can be a good thing at times, i feel it would be better to let managers stay in the communities they serve for longer periods of time to grow effective employee and community relationships

      Pros

      I love the people i work with. Very friendly and very fair. The union does a lot of good things (not always but...).

      Cons

      Most of my problem lays in how promotions are supposed to work, and how they DO work. They'll figure out how to get around the union and keep the people do their jobs well in positions where they can't grow. Like a bagger who actually pushes in carts and cleans won't ever be a cashier mainly because most baggers never do their jobs.

      Pros

      Long-standing and stable company that offers a wide variety of entry level and wage based part and full time positions

      Cons

      Glass ceiling is apparent at every turn. I met people who were at the same position witht he same salary working 48 hours a week making 30K for 5 years.
