Pros
Flexible at creating schedules, small environment where you can get to know most people, low-stress, managers are approachable, nothing too demanding.
Cons
Wages are capped at an extremely low amount. I've been working there for over ten years and employees who have worked half that time are almost making as much as I am. Still, despite no change in pay, upper management (district managers and up) are continuously asking you to do more and assume more responsibilities. Immediate management is sympathetic but there's nothing they can do about pay. In short, if you're just looking for a temporary job while look for another or go to school, this works. If you're looking to start a career, I would choose a different company.
