      Pros

      Flexible hours, mostly nice coworkers, and sometimes the employee freebies are decent

      Cons

      The front end does promotions without raises. They will have you at the service desk making the same as a bagger unless you go full time. 13/hr is not enough for the responsibilities they put on you and the abuse the customers put you through

      Very Difficult to Maintain Healthy Work-Life Balance

      Pros

      It was a very fast-paced, well-paying job.

      Cons

      They did not treat their pharmacists as real people. You did not feel valued by management or the patients that were being served. Additionally, there was no room for advancement once you were a manager at a store, which wasn't particularly challenging to obtain since no one wanted that responsibility.

      ...the wear and tear on your body... concrete slab floor, fluorescent lights, white noise & muzak are contributing factors but the repetitive motion tasks where you are the machine are no laughing matter.
