Pros

Very involved in the community, supports local farmers, good ideas and goals when implemented correctly. Employees I worked with were nice.

Cons

Management sometimes seemed scatterbrained or seemed off-task from what corporate had in mind. Sometimes unorganized with questionable management decisions but overall, not a bad company to work for.

very nice staff, emphasis on customer service . they are pretty lenient when it comes to taking time off. Management is all very nice

Cons

Scheduling is a nightmare. I opened a new store and they hired so many people that they are only giving 1 or 2 shifts to their workers.
