It's a good place to work as a part time job.

Pros

They have a real friendly work environment. Good management and co-workers. Amount of work that needs to be done is very reasonable.

Cons

The pay stays at around minimum wage, but that is what I expected. No breaks unless working 10 or more hours and constantly standing for your whole shift.

Pros

Easy to move up through the company. Good for a first time job or a teenager. Discounts on the sandwiches.

Cons

No clearly defined break times. Upper management (Area Managers and higher) can be really anal about insignificant things. Drivers don't get any real compensation for running their cars in the ground for the company. The scheduling can be disorganized depending on who the general manager is.
