Cons
CEO encourages company-wide stinginess. (Minimal wages, no benefits, denial of full-time employment) Non-smokers are expected to work entire shifts without any breaks. Impossible performance standards enforced by all levels of management. Quality employees are made to compensate for the inferior work of indolent employees.
