KOREAN TRADITIONAL BAD CULTURE.
READ THIS CAREFULLY.
1) Your korean manager sit right beside you and watch you every time.
-> You always must think about work work work.
-> If not, you must listen to repeating bad advice. Expect many times for same advice.
2) You get order to buy something from your korean manager during lunch time.
You have 1 hour to eat food. But you must come back in exact one hour.
-> If not, you get bad advice again, expect not just a single time but many.
3) No one is going to tell you you had great job.
-> This means if you have great performance, that's your job. So, give another tasks.
4) No kind word from your employer, it's Korean Military culture. So, when you get order, just do it and don't talk back.
5) You must be ready to work whenever.
-> Your korean manager will call you whenever need to work.
-> It can be over night when you're relax at home, you get call and you're ask to work also if you made mistake, you get call again before you go to bed.
6) Non of coworker will say, you're doing fine.
-> You get many bad advice but you're responsible to survive by yourself.
7) Once you got offer, you got bad history of your career.
-> Once you leave this company because of these reason, you now have really bad record. You can't exit this company with good reason.
