      They will ask to work in the office until 9pm and make you write off at 7pm. (No overpayments)

      Pros

      You will do lots of physical works. Not use brain. Is it okay to have a day all your seniors and managers just chilling?

      Cons

      Managers who were unprofessional, they were seriously like something out of a bad Korean Drama. Senior manager used to stare and stand at our desks and scream at us (or my team) anytime anything went wrong(Not responsible, Just does not want to care, who interrupt my free time!), whether we were at fault or not. They easily get mad and angry. You are a valuable person.

      Good stepping stone in the mobile phone software testing industry

      Pros

      Opportunity to get your feet wet as a contractor for a major mobile phone OEM. Opportunity to learn the scope of software testing. Opportunity to learn telecommunication technology and mobile phone technology.

      Cons

      Not much room for growth, low pay, basic benefits, high school-like environment, a very "Korean" business culture, work/life balance can be bad at times, not much recognition for hard work, upper management and HR in a remote location, a fairly high turnover rate of test engineers.
