I love working for JobTarget for many reasons. The company values its employees and provides a very good work/life balance. The business tries to identify the talent and skills of each employee and nurture them for growth and success, so employees can advance their careers. I also love the vision and mission statement of the company, which is that everyone has a talent that is to be discovered, nurtured and employed. It's JobTarget's mission to help discover and employ the world's talent. It's rewarding to go to work every day knowing you're helping job seekers find their next career opportunity.
