Pros

The culture is positive and supportive. There are lots of opportunities to make lateral and upward moves. The CEO is accessible and cares about the company and most of all the people. Their technology just keeps getting better, and they are non-stop innovators.

Cons

Just the usual growing pains that you would expect with lots of growth.
